The Perks Of Being A Wallflower is the best book that I have ever read because the story provides us with the message that in life it is okay to stand out in the crowd and be different from everyone else.
My favorite book is The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky. The book, first published by Pocket Books on February 1, 1999, is about a freshman in high school. Charlie becomes friends with two seniors named Patrick and Sam who guide him through the ups and downs of high school life. Although there are many young adult/coming of age stories that lack a good story, I found The Perks of Being a Wallflower to be very entertaining and enjoyable. I enjoyed the book because it contains thought provoking scenes of romance and drama between the several unique characters. Most high school students can relate to these experiences. The Perks Of Being A Wallflower is the best book that I have ever read because the story provides us with the message that in life it is okay to stand out in the crowd and be different from everyone else.
