Save the Bay Seal watch
October through April, 17$ for members (22$ for non-members)
Featuring hour, 75 minute, and two hour cruises, Save the Bay offers an experience of a lifetime to watch local seals in their natural habitat. Cruises go out of Newport, Westerly, and Fall river. Marine fun isn’t just for summer!
Sparkle!
December 8th, Blithewold’s mansion
In this spirited event for all ages, visitors roast marshmallows sip on hot chocolate, and sing christmas carols in the Blithewold mansions beautifully decorated house grounds. S’mores kits are a couple dollars and pre-registration is required.
Pumpkin Picking
Any orchard
Pumpkin Picking is an age old Autumn tradition. Whether it be carving, eating, or to just chill on your front door step, pumpkins are in season. Come get ‘em while they’re plump!
Purgatory Chasm
Year-round 5-10$ for parking
Located in Sutton, Massachusetts, the Purgatory Chasm state reservation offers something for every nature lover and thrill seeker. Climb up and down amazing rock formations, or trek your way through winding paths in the woods. Whether you’re squeezing yourself through skinny man’s misery or scaling your way to the top, you’ll enjoy every minute!

Walk through this seemingly never ending pumpkin filled path of all different types of elaborate jack o lanterns. The Jack o Lantern Spectacular features over 5000 pumpkins professionally carved in this years theme: a journey through time.
